Service Description

This service includes medical chart review, Q&A time with consultant, and coordination as well as communication with your lawyer and/ or necessary facilities, as needed. This service can be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or In person. You are able to pay for a monthly membership to receive discounts on all services, or pay the full amount at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

WE UNDERSTAND THAT LAST-MINUTE EMERGENCIES OCCUR, AND NO ONE HAS EXTRA MONEY TO PAY FOR SERVICES THEY HAVE NOT USED. THERE IS NO FEE FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER, WE ASK THAT 2 HOURS' NOTICE BE GIVEN (AS A COURTESY) FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING.
